Descriptions below are Jeff Brines's own account of his work.

Custom to the business. Proven foundations.

I start with how your business works and what needs to improve. Then I connect the tools that fit and build what’s missing. The systems below show what that looks like in practice; yours takes shape around your people, workflows, and needs.

Operations and finance software share a lot of the same bones: records, permissions, financial logic, workflows, and AI connections. Reusing proven components speeds up delivery and gives me more time to build and test the parts specific to your business.

## Jambr

BUSINESS OPERATIONS & AI · BETA

I built Jambr to connect jobs, bids, costs, schedules, and field notes in one system. Contractors can see where money is going and what needs attention, while their chosen AI works from the same project records.

The screenshots show my own instance, used on my builds. For another GC, Jambr may already fit; where there are gaps, I build around that business. The same foundations also support systems with very different workflows.

In beta; used on my own builds and as the operational backbone for several construction firms.

Screenshot context: Public screenshots from jambr.co: the Henley jobs list from October 2026 and an earlier AI example with dollar figures scaled for privacy.

## Piper

FINANCIAL SOFTWARE & AI

I built Piper to connect operating assumptions to profit, cash, and debt. It brings financial statements, forecasts, scenarios, and AI assistance into one application.

Piper started my shift toward cSaaS—Custom Software as a Solution. Building around a company’s financial decisions became the model for my work: understand the business, reuse the proven components, and build the system it needs.

Test scenarios, work backward from targets, and see the effect on cash and debt service.

Screenshot context: Actual interface. Fictional company and generated demo figures; no client data shown.

## openfpa

FINANCE × APPLIED AI

A finance kernel and company memory I built for AI agents doing FP&A work, with tested calculations that support financial planning and analysis.

## benchrail

AI × EVALUATION

Custom benchmarks I built to measure whether changes to an AI system improve its results on the tasks it needs to perform.

## Atlas

TRAVEL SOFTWARE · PERSONAL PROJECT

A trip journal for my family: native iOS in Swift, a web app, and an MCP server. Conceived the day before departure, with a working version by the airport. A small example of what becomes worth building when software takes hours instead of months.
