This is a page dedicated to the projects and apps I'm currently working on or have "completed" (is anything ever really done?) in the last 18 months. Everything on this page is something I am personally speccing, designing, engineering, deploying and maintaining.

If interested in my writing most of it is here on this blog, but I also mantain a substack. In addition, you can often hear me on the VitalMTB Inside Line talking about the economics of the outdoor industry (a passion) or on my own YouTube channel.

This list current as of 6/24

In Production or Beta Testing:

1. jambr: jambr is an AI native construction project management platform that helps general contractors manage bids, contractors, budgets, scheduling, and documents — positioned as the affordable alternative to enterprise tools like Buildertrend.
2. Openfpa: openfpa is an agent-native FP&A workbench — the tested inance kernel, durable memory, and reconciliatio checks that let an AI coding agent build, audit, and improve a company-specific financial model instead of vibing out a forecast.
3. benchrail: helps teams test whether changes to their AI systems actually improve intended output using custom, calibrated, evolving benchmarks.
4. GuideRail: GuideRail helps SMBs assess their finance and operations, unify key data sources, and implement AI-enabled FP&A dashboards and automations with hands-on CFO advisory.

Personal or Web Design

1. Retro Personal Website: Windows 98 meets modern web app architecture. This is my "side" personal site, and one I may fully commit to in the future. It is really fun, has a custom CMS, and a lot more. Check the site here and if you are interested in the stack, you can find that here.
2. TetonValleyMotorSkiAwards: This is a bit in jest, but also a great example of a "JIT micro-app" I built for an award show I host complete with community multi-media contribution functionality.
3. Tucker and the Robots: This was an "against the clock" type of challenge. Could I make a band, album, artwork and website complete with MP3 player all in under 90 minutes for a party that vary evening? Turns out, I could. The results were so good I actually submitted to Spotify, where you can listen to the music (or just head to the website). This is more a proof of concept of the era we are in, both from a content perspective (custom for this purpose) and from a velocity perspective (under 90 minutes to do what otherwise would have taken months)
4. Silber Turbos: Complete rework of the Silber Turbos shopify storefront. I forked the "Dawn" theme and modified it to be a custom theme for their use. Happy to share this with anyone (or customize a theme for you.)
5. YouTube Downloader: Okay, if you use this, don't be a jerk. I built this so I could grab YouTube videos to edit in Premiere ***when legal and appropriate***. You can download the program here but you'll need an IDE + Python3 + a few libraries (its all in the readme).
6. AI Email Tool: I built a better business plugin for an LLM than Google deployed into gmail. You can read about it here. This particular tool automatically creates drafted responses for customer questions while referencing a repo of information about the business ("business rules"). What you get are high touch emails crafted in the voice of your company with knowledge of your company's products, problems and "third rails" without human intervention. Most drafts are send-ready without any modification.
7. VideoDog: Python based AI powered video logging tool running SmoldVL2 locally to describe videos for future search and edit capabilities. You can learn about it here.

Archived:

1. ChainMag: We make the world's only chain damping unit. Yes, its patented, its very cost effective and it makes your bike work better. After a year of working on this we sunsetted it due to low ROI relative to hours put into it and limited product growth (future product). Turns out, making bike parts is hard.
2. Wire Monkey: The idea behind Wire Monkey is to aggregate financial news into one place and label it for sentiment and materiality. From here, I've built a parsing system that will allow me to post train a model such as DeepSeek on the data to make a better financial news analysis LLM. Using this engine to accurately label financial news for sentiment and materiality would prove valuable to financial firms.
3. Couples Therapy App: Simple app that lets you select a counselor inspired by top tier intellectuals, invite your partner into a chat and have a therapy session between you, the counselor and your partner.
4. OtherHours: is a real-time dashboard built for those who are interested in the intersection of finance, business and the outdoor industry. Whether you're a bike shop owner, investor, or gearhead who cares about the business behind the ride, OtherHours keeps you informed with market data, news, and insights that matter.
5. ColorBug: This app is designed for kids and parents to quickly create kid-inspired artwork that is then printed and colored (in real life) by the child.
6. Bite: This is an app for foodies and is by invite only. The idea behind bite is to have a web app based food journal that you can share in a social setting. This allows you to see what restaurants your friends may like (or not like) in a particular city as opposed to broadly trusting Yelp or Google Reviews. Its also a fun way to capture your thoughts and feelings as you travel through the world. Finally, the system will lean into your likes/dislikes to make suggestions as to places you may want to try in a particular neighborhood or city. (Invite only right now)
7. Hitch: This product allows anyone to cleverly turn his or her social media app into a discrete dating app. It also serves as a second filter for those who you match with via conventional dating apps. I grew frustrated with bad dates and small talk, this was the solution I created - and it works. Leverages gpt4 to analyze matches alongside survey results. Its killer for those who date with intention.
8. Real Estate Analysis Tool: Simply upload a CSV from the MLS (say, that a realtor gave you) and you can quickly analyze the market, get AI insights and more.
9. Rali: Rali is a privacy-first, ride tracking and racing platform for mountain bikers, dirt bikers, trail runners and more that adds purpose-built race management and segment timing. Yeah, its like Strava, just better. Github here. Currently in TestFlight. Access by request only. Targeting Q2 public luanch.
10. ResonantIQ: Ever wonder how effective your Meta ad campaign really is? Are you reaching the demographic you think your reaching? When should you double down on a campaign or ad and when should you pull back? Resonant helps you answer this (and more). The project is being piloted with a handful of marketers. Planning public release in Q1 of 2026. If you'd like to test this, please reach out.
11. SonicAI: This is a music recommendation engine built for Spotify. Yes, we know, Spotify has its own recommendation engine, but this is purely driven by OpenAI's GPT 4o model and has integration directly with Spotify. This, in addition to the behind the scenes prompting, creates a better user experience than the native AI model by itself. update; Spotify rolled out something very similar about a month ago. At least I have good directional taste!
