Top line: Fox Factory reported third-quarter sales of $338.4 million, down 10.1% from a year ago, with Specialty Sports Group (its bike businesses plus the now-sold Marucci) down 14.4%. Beyond Marucci's drop, Fox cited "order timing and channel destocking in our bike businesses" as dealers keep inventory tight. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $50.4 million, including about $12 million of IEEPA tariff refunds, and the September Marucci sale helped cut net debt by $263.5 million since year-end to roughly 2.4x leverage. Fox narrowed full-year adjusted EBITDA excluding those refunds to $143–$148 million and guided fourth-quarter sales to $287–$313 million. (Fox, Bicycle Retailer)
